Managed Workplace

One workplace.
Everything connected.

Sign-in, applications, and ongoing maintenance need to work together. We coordinate devices, users, and standards to give your business a workplace configuration that can be supported.

What does Managed Workplace mean for your business?

A supported workplace has a defined configuration and a clear owner. We agree on the devices and services included, how changes are approved, and who helps with problems before working together. Your existing IT team or an external software provider can also be part of the process.

An evolving approach, not a size-based model

From a single workplace
to ongoing operations.

Step 01 of 3
01 · Support individual needs

Keep individual devices in view

For a few workplaces, a clean setup, remote support, and an up-to-date device list may be the right starting point. Software, access, and changes are documented here too. A new management tool is not a goal in itself.

  • Laptop, dock, and peripherals
  • Microsoft 365 and required applications
  • A contact person and documented changes

Consistent standards and automation often become useful at around 10–15 workplaces. Your environment, recurring tasks, and complexity determine the approach; that number is a guide, not a fixed threshold.

Quick answers

Before the next step.

Is Managed Workplace a fixed per-device package?

This website does not offer a one-size-fits-all package. Tasks, supported systems, availability, and terms are agreed for your environment.

When is centralized device management worthwhile?

It often becomes useful at around 10–15 workplaces. Recurring changes, locations, security requirements, and business applications are what matter, though. Even a small business can benefit from selected standards.

Which tasks would you like us to take on?

Bring an up-to-date device list if you have one. Your recurring problems, required applications, and existing responsibilities matter more at the start. These help define a sensible scope of support.
