2. Website delivery and security
When you access the website, technical data is processed, including your IP address, access time, requested address, browser information, and, where applicable, the previously visited page. This processing serves website delivery, error analysis, and protection against misuse. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is secure and reliable operation.
The website uses Cloudflare as an upstream delivery and security service. Technical connection data is transmitted to Cloudflare. Processing outside the European Economic Area is possible. Technical data is retained only as long as necessary for the relevant operational or security purpose. Please contact the data controller with specific questions about retention.
3. Contacting us
When you contact us through the form, by email, or by phone, we process the information you provide to handle your inquiry. For inquiries about a potential contract, the basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; for other inquiries, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Information is needed only as long as handling the inquiry and any statutory retention obligations require.
The contact form asks for your name, company, email address, phone number, and requirements. We need these details to assess your business inquiry and contact you. The inquiry is emailed to the data controller; no automatic copy is sent to the visitor's address. Email delivery uses the Google Workspace SMTP relay service. More information is available in Google's privacy policy. Processing outside the European Economic Area is possible. A hidden form field helps prevent automated inquiries. Please do not send access credentials or confidential documents.
4. Appointments through Google
After you select it, appointment booking appears in a dialog on rnm.at. Simply visiting rnm.at does not load Google Calendar. A connection to Google is established only when you select “Schedule an appointment” or “Open the appointment calendar.” Technical connection data, particularly your IP address, is then transmitted to Google.
When you book an appointment, Google processes the data entered there under its own terms. Booking details are used to organize the appointment. Further information is available in Google's privacy information. Processing outside the European Economic Area is possible.
5. Fonts, cookies, and external content
The fonts used on this website are provided within the website. Its design does not require a connection to an external font provider. The rnmwebsite does not include analytics or advertising scripts. Technically necessary cookies may be used when signing in to WordPress or by security features. Public comments are disabled.
Links to other websites are opened only when you select them. Their respective providers are responsible for processing there.
6. Your rights
Subject to statutory requirements, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests for reasons relating to your particular situation. Any consent you have given may be withdrawn with effect for the future.
