One device arrives.
Another leaves.
Data, access, and documentation must not be lost when devices change. We plan setup, handover, and retirement so the next workplace remains manageable.
Discuss your requirements- 01Prepare
- 02Maintain in use
- 03Replace in an orderly way
The next device change starts with a clear inventory.
Which devices are assigned to whom, what are they used for, and what is required? An up-to-date device record helps with replacement, returns, and handover. HP EliteBooks, mobile ZBook workstations, and Microsoft Surface devices are selected for the task, along with docks and peripherals.
Before the next step.
Do all devices have to be replaced at once?
No. The task, device condition, compatibility, and effort determine the plan. A phased replacement may make sense; the exact scope is clarified from your inventory.
Who decides whether returned devices are erased?
Your business defines retention, approval, and responsibilities. Technical work is documented according to those requirements; necessary data is checked first.
Planning a device change or a larger rollout?
Your existing device list, required applications, and preferred timing help us plan. rnm organizes preparation, pilot testing, and handover. Hardware requirements and terms are agreed before you place an order.
